ABOUT ZAHEER PARKER
Zaheer Parker matriculated from Wynberg Boys High School after which he graduated with an LLB (LAW) Degree from the University of the Western Cape. During his final year of studies he signed a contract of clerkship with a firm of Attorneys, Nilands, situate in the heart of the Cape Town CBD. Whilst completing his articles he simultaneously attended and graduated from the Legal and Academic Development programme (‘Law School’) at the University of the Cape Town in 2007.
During his time at Nilands Attorneys he was tasked with overseeing the Magistrate Court litigation along with being exposed to the various branches of Civil law including but not limited to the following: Contract Law, Partnership Agreements, Trusts, PIE Applications, Family Law, Insolvency Law, Wills and Estates etc.
Zaheer has experience in all aspects of Civil Law; which includes drafting of Particulars of Claim, defending and initiating Summonses, Perfecting of Bonds, Divorce Proceedings, as well as the launching of various motion procedures. He also has experience in doing Bail Applications.
Zaheer has experience in Corporate and Commercial Law , which includes providing advise on the formation and initial structure of new business entities, drafting memo and articles off associations , drafting sale of business agreements , drafting sale of share agreements, joint venture agreements , partnership agreements and agency agreements.

Zaheer has further experience in building disputes, liquidation
and sequestrations applications, application for evictions,
family law litigation including maintenance enquiries, Divorces,
custody and access litigation .
